CIRCUSNEXT LABORATORIJAS IZRĀDE / CIRCUSNEXT LAB PRESENTATIONS

Astoņi Eiropas mākslinieki un sešas cirka miniizrādes – neliels ieskats mākslinieku radošajā procesā! Rīgas cirks piedāvā bez maksas apmeklēt starptautiskās circusnext cirka platformas mākslinieku laboratoriju prezentācijas.

Kopš 2010. gada platforma circusnext veido mākslas laboratorijas ar mērķi atbalstīt topošos autorus viņu radošajā procesā. Šogad no 23. augusta līdz 2. septembrim šāda laboratorija ar dažādu valstu 8 mākslinieku piedalīšanos notiek Rīgas cirkā. Laboratorijā mentora vadībā dalībniekiem tiek piedāvāta iespēja interkulturālā vidē kopīgi savstarpēji līdzdarboties cits pie cita radošajiem projektiem.

Laboratorija Rīgas cirkā notiek mākslinieka Rafaela de Paula Gimaraesa (Rafael de Paula Guimarães) vadībā. Tajā piedalās autori, kurus šogad platformas circusnext nacionālās žūrijas izvēlējušas virzīt uz circusnext konkursa pusfinālu.

Laboratorijas noslēgumā, 31. augustā, no pl. 18.00 būs skatāmastās dalībnieku projektu prezentācija izrādes formā. Pēc izrādes notiks diskusija ar māksliniekiem (angļu valodā).

NB! Izrāde nav adresēta bērnu auditorijai (tajā var būt redzams kailums, vardarbības ainas)

From August 23 to September 2, 2024, Rīgas Cirks is hosting the circusnext laboratory, bringing together artists from various countries. On August 31, starting at 6 PM, the participants will present their circus projects to the public. All are welcome to attend, engage with the artists, and join in the discussions.

Since 2010, circusnext platform has been setting up artistic labs in various contexts with the aim of supporting emerging authors in their creative process. This year, from August 23 to September 2, such a laboratory with the participation of 8 artists from different countries is taking place at the Rīgas cirks.

The lab takes place under the benevolent gaze of the mentor who offers participants the opportunity to work collectively on their own creative projects in an intercultural context of exchange and cooperation.

The laboratory at the Rīgas cirks is led by mentor artist Rafael de Paula Guimarães. It includes participants selected by the national juries of the circusnext platform to advance to the semifinals of the circusnext competition.

At the conclusion of the laboratory on August 31, from 6 PM, there will be open presentations of the participants’ projects. Everyone interested is invited to attend and participate in discussions with the artists.
